JAPANESE POLIWAG CARD CHECKLIST

[7 CARDS] 1996 BASE SET TO 2023

Poliwag was in the first Japanese Base Set in October 1996. Almost all of its cards are commons, so the ones collectors chase are the early prints, Misty’s Poliwag and the 1999 CoroCoro Pokémon Snap contest prize card, made from a reader’s winning photo. These 7 are the ones worth finding. The 3 marked ★ are the ones to look for first: the 1996 Base Set original, the Snap contest prize card and the 151 Master Ball mirror 060/165.
