MUK CARDS GUIDE (JP VER.?How do you tell Muk cards apart?Check the bottom corner. The 1997 Fossil and Rocket Gang cards, Koga’s Muk and the 2007 Shining Darkness card have no set number, only the Pokédex No. 089 — tell them apart by the set symbol, the level and the art. The Town on No Map has two different Muk: 005/092 is the holo, 004/092 the non-holo Rare. Muk started out as a Grass-type card, became Psychic in the DP era and is Darkness on recent cards. On 151, the Master Ball Mirror has Master Balls in the foil — don’t confuse it with the Poké Ball Mirror, which has plain Poké Balls.)
FIRST MUK · JUN 1997?Muk (ベトベトン) first appeared in Mystery of the Fossils, the third Japanese set, released June 21, 1997.
