JAPANESE KADABRA CARD CHECKLIST

[11 CARDS] 1996 BASE SET TO 2025

Kadabra was in the first Japanese set in 1996, then vanished from new cards after 2002 because of illusionist Uri Geller’s lawsuit over its Japanese name ユンゲラー (“Yungerer”) and look. He dropped his objection in November 2020, and Kadabra came back in Pokémon Card 151 in 2023. The 4 marked ★ are the ones to look for first: the 1996 Base Set Kadabra, Split Earth 041/088 (the last before the break), the 151 return card 064/165 and the Shiny Kadabra 254/190.
