JYNX CARDS GUIDE (JP VER.?How do you tell Jynx cards apart?Check the number in the bottom corner (e.g. 193/165 on the 151 Jynx ex SR). The 1996–2000 cards have no set number — the No.124 on them is the Pokédex number — so go by the set symbol, level and art: LV.23 is the Expansion Pack card and LV.18 is the glossy vending card; the Awakening Legends Jynx is a Water type. Sabrina’s Jynx is LV.20 in the Yamabuki City Gym deck and LV.21 in Challenge from the Darkness.)
FIRST JYNX · OCT 20, 1996?Jynx's first card came in the Expansion Pack, the first Japanese expansion, released October 20, 1996 — over two years before the English Base Set.

JAPANESE JYNX CARD CHECKLIST

[7 CARDS] 1996 BASE TO 2023

Jynx’s first card was a 1996 Expansion Pack uncommon, and in 1999 two different Sabrina’s Jynx cards followed, one of them only in a Japan-only Gym deck. These 7 are the ones worth finding, from the glossy vending Jynx that has not been released in English to the Awakening Legends card and the two 151 Jynx ex cards. The 3 marked ★ are the ones to look for first: the Expansion Pack card, Sabrina’s Jynx from the Yamabuki City Gym deck and the 151 Jynx ex SR 193/165.
